Turbo training has proved very popular this season and has moved into the sports hall to provide us with more space. New members are always welcome.
Clubroom and Turbo training will be closed for Christmas Holiday on 21st and 28th December, will start again on Wednesday 4th January 2012.
The clubroom is open on Wednesdays in school time through the winter at Cheylesmore Community Centre, Arundel Road, Coventry, 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

There’s a modest 45 minute workout that you are welcome to follow, or do more if you are really keen. It gets very hot, so bring a drink and a change of clothes and a towel, and there’s tea or coffee available. It’s £1 per person towards the hire of the room.
